Bacon Praline Brittle

Bacon Praline Brittle | Cookies and Cups

Ok, so I made Bacon Candy.  Sue me.

But trust me, it’s totally crazy good…crunchy, salty, sweet…

Annnd I am posting about it over at my phenomenally talented friend Russell’s site Chasing Delicious.

If you’ve never seen Russell’s site, you’re in for it.  Just promise to still like me too.  You might never want to come back!

As an added bonus he also is the Editor in Chief over at The Boys Club, which might be the coolest spot on the internets…Saveur agreed, naming it the Best Cocktail Blog of 2013.  Trust me…it’s booze beautified.

And one more thing…Russell also has this crazy fun site with adorable shirts, aprons, kitchen prints, props etc called The Sweet Tooth

I need this shirt, don’t you think??

So yeah.  Back to Bacon Praline Brittle.  Hop over and check it out.

How did you spread it so thin without burning your fingers?!?! I made this and it tastes amazing but it’s thicker than yours because it took me so long to spread it onto my baking sheet.
