I hate to do this to you.  You know with it being so close to the holidays and all.. but you need to make these.

They will only take you a few minutes.  Promise.

Triple dog promise.

Then you can totally get back to whatever holiday-ish stuff that needs tending.

They are salty/sweet perfection.  Made from things that you most likely have in your pantry right now.

They are Candy Stuffed Ritz Sandwiches and they are Out. Of. Control.

Use whatever kind of candy you have on-hand.  I’m always partial to the peanut butter cup…but give Rolos a try, or a Snickers..or yeah…the possibilities here are endless.

This is less a recipe, and more a method.  So I’ll walk you through it.

Grab some Ritz Crackers, and some candy that you think will be good stuffed in between2 buttery, salty crackers.

Club Crackers would also be fab!

I chose full sized peanut butter cups, mini white chocolate peanut butter cups and Rolos.

I wanted to play around and see which pb cup size worked better.

In all honesty, looks-wise the mini pb cups worked better because after they squished they fit perfectly.

But taste-wise, I liked the mamma-jamma pb cup.  I’m a glutton, what can I say.

Line up your crackers on a parchment lines baking sheet and set you oven to 300°.

Place your candy in the center of each cracker and pop int the oven for 2-3 minutes, until the chocolate is glossy.

(The method is the same as I use in my Pretzel Hug Recipe.)

As soon as you remove them squish your top cracker on top.  I like to pop my whole tray in the fridge to help them set up fast.

I am also impatient.

That’s it folks.

In 10 minutes you’ll heave this…
