Description

Whip up juicy meatballs in the air fryer in 30 minutes! These quick air fryer meatballs are delicious over spaghetti. They’re also freezer-friendly and great for meal prep.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 pound ground pork
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix well.
  2. Form the meat mixture into 1 ½-inch balls using a medium cookie scoop. Optional: chill the rolled meatballs for 15-30 minutes prior to cooking. This is a tip great for making ahead as well.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  4. Place the meatballs in the air fryer basket, taking care not to crowd them together. You may need to cook in two batches.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, rotating halfway through. The internal temperature should measure 165ºF.
  6. Let the meatballs rest for 5 minutes before serving or add them to your favorite sauce right away.
