Description

Make quick, easy, and juicy air fryer pork chops in just 20 minutes! This method is perfect for weeknights. These chops turn out perfectly seared with a flavorful, caramelized crust.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 thick cut, bone in pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Pat the pork chops dry on both sides.
  2. Rub both sides of the pork chops with olive oil.
  3. Combine all of the seasoning ingredients together and rub the seasoning mix into the pork chops. Coat them well on both sides.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF.
  5. Cook for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 140-145ºF. Thicker pork chops may require a longer cooking time.
  6. Let the pork chops rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
