- 2 thick cut, bone in pork chops
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Pat the pork chops dry on both sides.
- Rub both sides of the pork chops with olive oil.
- Combine all of the seasoning ingredients together and rub the seasoning mix into the pork chops. Coat them well on both sides.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF.
- Cook for 12-14 minutes, flipping halfway through. Cook until the internal temperature reaches 140-145ºF. Thicker pork chops may require a longer cooking time.
- Let the pork chops rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
