Description
These juicy air fryer steak bites are perfectly seasoned and seared, then finished with homemade garlic butter for a quick and delicious steak dinner.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 pounds sirloin steak, cut into bite size pieces
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce (or soy sauce)
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons salted butter
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
Instructions
- Combine the steak pieces, olive oil, worcestershire sauce, brown sugar, salt, black pepper and red pepper flakes in a large bowl. Stir well to coat the steak. Set aside.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF.
- Once the air fryer is preheated, lay the steak pieces in the bottom of the basket in a single layer. Leave a bit of space between the pieces so the outside will brown nicely. Depending on the size of your air fryer, you may need to cook in batches.
- Air fry for 6 minutes, turning once halfway through.
- While the steak is cooking, heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Once the butter has melted, add the minced garlic and continue cooking for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the cooked steak into the garlic butter sauce and stir to coat.
- Remove the pan from heat and stir in the fresh parsley. Serve immediately.
