Cranberry Cashew Chocolate Chip Cookies

Christmas morning is pretty much the most exciting morning of the year.

For my kids, for me…

There is so much happy  anticipation.

A fun tradition to start is letting your kids off the “breakfast hook” this Christmas morning!  Bake some sweet cookies, chock-full of yummy ingredients like these Cranberry Cashew Chocolate Chip Cookies the night before!  What’s so fun about these cookies is they start with Hungry Jack® pancake mix and are loaded with sweet cranberries, cashews and chocolate bits.  They are the perfect breakfast cookie and your kids won’t have to take a break while ripping open their presents to stop and eat breakfast!  Add a glass of milk and you have a great “pre-breakfast” for your kiddos who will so busy throwing wrapping paper over their shoulders they won’t know what’s happening!

Plus, I will say that I heard Santa loves cookies too!
