Exciting News!!

Hi friends!! I am so, so excited to share the news about a few VERY cool events happening on the Cookies and Cups Facebook Page THIS WEEK. Even cooler, these two events are something that everyone here can be a part of, and I hope you will!

As you are reading this, I am likely in-flight and on my way to Chicago, where this week, I’ll be heading to the ACH Test Kitchen to do a little preparation for TWO very special holiday baking Facebook Live events happening this Wednesday and Thursday. I’ll be co-hosting a back-to-back bake-along and working with two of my favorite ACH brands – Karo® Syrup and Fleischmann’s® Yeast – to help you create the ultimate holiday cookie swap recipe and give you a chance to ask every question you’ve ever had about yeast baking but were too afraid to ask.

Which brings me to this fun Facebook Live Q&A Event and how YOU can get involved!

Join me at 11:00 a.m. CST this Wednesday, December 7 on my Cookies and Cups Facebook Page where I’ll be baking the Fleischmann’s® Yeast Classic Dinner Rolls recipe LIVE on Facebook alongside ACH Test Kitchen expert Diane McElroy. I’ll walk you through the recipe process step-by-step and Diane will be standing by to answer any and all of your questions about working with yeast. No question is too silly! Just think of this as your chance to gain some kitchen confidence in workingwith yeast so you can finally tackle that recipe you may have always been curious to try.

Then, join me again on my Cookies and Cups Facebook Page at 11:00 a.m. CST this Thursday, where Diane and I will be baking the classic Karo® Syrup Chocolate Scotcheroos recipe and showcasing some fun and festive holiday variations to make you the hit at your holiday party or first-prize winner in your Christmas cookie swap. If you’ve never heard of a Scotcheroo, then you are really in for a treat! These peanut-buttery, no-bake bars are super easy to make and a holiday staple at my house. (I cannot wait to sample these you guys. I only wish you could eat them off the screen with me!)

If you’ve never participated in a Facebook Live event before, all you need to do is visit my Facebook page on the dates and times listed above and then comment with your questions while we’re live. My friends at ACH and I will handle the rest.

    I wish I could join but I will be at work!!! 🙁 (stupid work). I have a question about dinner rolls. My husband has tried to make them twice in two days, unsuccessfully. The recipie we have said to mix for minutes, he did not do this and his dough never rose. Is that the reason. We, by the way ONLY use Fleischmann’s® Yeast , so I know it is not because of the yeast. HELP MY HUSBAND!!!!!

      That’s a great question and I will pass it along to the baking expert, Diane! So sorry you won’t be able to watch it live, but you can catch it on my facebook page at anytime after we’re done!

    I saw a post today 7/6/17 for yeast dinner rolls how can I get the recipe I can’t find it on Facebook anymore I spent hours looking
