You’re gonna love these Cookie Dough Stuffed Brownie Truffles! I created this recipe in 2011, but have updated it and improved it HERE!

Last week I made these stuffed brownies truffles, but I couldn’t get the stuffable possibilities out of my head!

Just bake a box of brownies, let them cool and then break them up! Brownies hold together really well so you just take a handful of brownie and form it around mini cookie dough balls. I mean HELLO!

Egg Free cookie dough might just be the perfect food. Try your hardest not to eat it all before you can make your truffles!

How fun are these?

  1. I made these over the weekend, and they were a huge hit! They take a while to make but they were very worth it. I may have made mine on the small side, though, because I had a LOT of cookie dough left over. I will probably only do half of the cookie dough recipe next time.

  2. These sound awesome! I’ve made cookie dough truffles before, but they sound even better with the brownies! I wanted to let you know though that your links don’t seem to be working. When I tried clicking on your cookie dough one it just redirected me to your homepage. (Along w/a few other of your links)
Luckily I have the recipe in my Cookie Dough Lovers Cookbook. Love me some cookie dough!

  3. Hi, so I just have a question. I’m making these for a party and they need to feed 10-18 people, so I need to know how many this recipe makes. Thanks, have a great day!

      1. Thanks! Really looking forward to making these, they seem delicious. Thanks for posting the recipe.

Made these for a party and man were they a hit! People were even hiding them to keep rations for themselves for later. So glad a stumbled upon this recipe! Especially the egg-less cookie dough.
