Easy 7UP  Biscuits

Why Use 7UP in Biscuits? The carbonation in 7UP takes the place of other leavening agents in baking, which helps these biscuits rise and puff up as they bake. The result is a biscuit with a delicious fine crumb and moist, light texture!

What You'll Need

- Bisquick - Sour Cream - 7UP - Butter

1. Combine the Bisquick with the Sour Cream and 7UP.  Stir until just combined.

2. Press the dough out on a floured surface until it's about 1/2 inch thick.  Use a biscuit cutter to cut 8 biscuits from the dough.

3.Dump a couple tablespoons of melted butter into a 9x9 pan.  Arrange the biscuits in a single layer on top.

4. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes, until golden brown. Brush with more melted butter when they come out and serve warm.

ENJOY!  These easy biscuits are a quick breakfast treat with a drizzle of honey or jam.  They also pair well with homemade soup or stew for a cozy meal!
