Homemade  Air Fryer Biscuits

Why Air Fry? Cooking biscuits in the air fryer gives a golden, crisp, buttery edge on every side of the biscuit. They also cook a little quicker!

What You'll Need

- All-Purpose Flour - Baking Powder - Kosher Salt - Salted Butter, cold and cubed - Buttermilk

1. Whisk together the dry ingredients, then add  the butter and buttermilk  until a thick dough forms.

2. Transfer dough to a clean surface, form into a circle, and cut  out the biscuits.

3. Place biscuits in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes until puffy and golden.

DIG IN! Slather on some butter and honey or jam, and these biscuits will melt in your mouth!
