Make the Filling

Mix together apples, lemon juice, vanilla, sugar, cinnamon, flour, and raisins in a bowl. Then thaw the pastry and place it on baking sheet.

Spread the Filling

Spread the apple mixture down the center of the pastry, and fold the sides of the dough around the apples.


Brush the top of the pastry with an egg wash, then sprinkle it with coarse sugar, and bake.


Serve warm or at room temperature.
