Easy Cashew Chicken

What is Cashew Chicken? It’s a dish made from chicken and vegetables, stir-fried with cashew nuts in hoisin sauce, soy sauce, and sesame oil. The flavors are savory, a little tangy, and a bit spicy.

What You'll Need

- Hoisin and Soy Sauces - Chicken Broth - Honey - Rice Vinegar - Sesame Oil - Ginger - Cornstarch - Sriracha - Crushed Red Pepper - Chicken - Vegetables - Cashews - Jasmine Rice

1. Whisk together all the sauce ingredients in a bowl, and set aside.

2. Brown the chicken in a little bit of oil in a nonstick skillet or wok. Transfer the cooked chicken to a plate.

3. Lower the heat and add the snow peas and carrots to the skillet to cook until crisp-tender. Stir in the garlic and water chestnuts.

4.Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and pour in the stir fry sauce.  Sprinkle in the cashews and stir to coat and thicken.

DIG IN! Simply serve the stir fry over hot  jasmine rice or noodles. Enjoy!
