In a bowl, mix together the butter, light brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Then add in the eggs, vanilla, baking soda, salt and cornstarch.
Next, mix in the flour and combine. Then stir in the chocolate chips.
Next, portion out a 1/3 cup of cookie dough and roll into a ball.
Next, place the cookie dough onto the prepared baking sheet, and bake for 10 minutes.
Press additional chocolate chips onto the top of the baked cookies, and dig in!
