First, cut your chuck roast into about 3 to 4 equal size pieces.
Next, set the Instant Pot to sauté and brown the beef pieces, about 5 minutes each side.
Next, pour in the beef broth and using a spatula, scrape the bottom of the pot to lift the flavorful, stuck-on bits.
Next, add the dressing and gravy mixes, butter, and pepperoncini.
Next, seal the lid and cook on high in the Instant Pot. Once it's done cooking, shred the meat using two forks.
