In a small saucepan over medium heat, whisk your eggs, sugar, salt, and lemon juice together until combined.

Cook

Cook butter and lemon juice until thickened, whisking constantly and checking if it coats the back of a spoon.

Chill

Transfer curd to glass bowl, cool for 15 minutes, then chill in fridge until thickened.
