Skillet Chicken Parmesan

What You'll Need

- Chicken - Salt & Pepper - Breadcrumbs - Seasoning - Eggs - Vegetable Oil - Tomato Sauce - Cheese - Optional: 1 lb. cooked pasta

1. Trim chicken and season with salt and pepper. 2. Mix breadcrumbs and seasonings in a shallow bowl. 3. Whisk eggs in another shallow bowl.

4. Dip each chicken cutlet into the egg and then breadcrumbs, coating evenly. 

5. Fry chicken pieces in a skillet of hot oil until golden brown. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate to soak up excess oil.

6. Wipe the skillet clean. 7. Add a jar of Bertolli sauce and nestle chicken pieces into the sauce.

8. Sprinkle cheese on top of the chicken and cook until the cheese is nice and melty!
