Prepared with layers of savory meat sauce, sharp cheddar cheese, and tender egg noodles tossed in a creamy sour cream mixture, this is an easy dinner that checks all of the boxes!
Brown the ground beef in a skillet, adding in the garlic and seasonings. Then pour in the tomato sauce and simmer.
Stir together the sour cream, cottage cheese, parsley and an extra pinch of salt and pepper.
Boil the egg noodles according to the package, then drain and add them to the cheese mixture.
Add half of the noodles to a baking pan, followed by half of the meat sauce, and a layer of shredded cheese. Then repeat.
Place your pasta bake in the oven until the cheese is nice and bubbly, about half an hour.
Garnish if desired, and serve while the cheese is warm and melty! Enjoy :)
