1. Thaw and drain the spinach, and drain the artichoke hearts to remove any excess moisture.
2. In a saucepan, combine all of the dip ingredients. Heat until the cheese is nice and melty, stirring frequently.
3. Spoon the melted dip into a baking dish and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.
4. Place the dip under a preheated broiler until the cheese is toasted and bubbly.
