The Ultimate Spinach and Artichoke Dip

What type of cheese should I use? A blend of cheeses works best.  This recipe uses a combination of fresh grated parmesan, grated mozzarella, and feta cheese in addition to cream cheese. It results in  a melty and creamy dip with a lot of flavor.

What You'll Need

- Spinach - Artichokes - Herbs - Cream Cheese - Grated Parmesan - Grated Mozzarella - Feta Cheese - Sour Cream - Mayonnaise - Salt & Pepper

1. Thaw and drain the spinach, and drain the artichoke hearts to remove any excess moisture.

2. In a saucepan, combine all of the dip ingredients. Heat until the cheese is nice and melty, stirring frequently.

3. Spoon the melted dip into a baking dish and sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan.

4. Place the dip under a preheated broiler until the cheese is toasted and bubbly.

DIG IN! Serve the warm dip with pita chips, bread slices or chopped veggies.  It's a party favorite!
