Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 pounds chicken wings
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Remove the chicken wings from the package and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- Place the wings inside a large ziploc bag. Add the spices. Seal the bag and shake it to coat the chicken wings.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400ºF.
- Place the wings in the basket of the air fryer, leaving some space between. You may need to work in batches.
- Spray them with olive oil spray.
- Cook for 18-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165ºF. Turn halfway through cooking time.
- Allow the chicken wings to rest for 5 minutes before adding sauce or serving.
Notes
- Add a sauce: If you want to sauce the wings, add the cooked wings to a large bowl and pour warmed sauce of choice over them. Toss to coat the wings. Transfer to a serving plate.
