Description

This Boursin cheese pasta is a TikTok-inspired pasta recipe with ripe blistered tomatoes, garlic, seasonings, and soft cheese, baked in one pan. Just add your favorite pasta afterward, and toss!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 pints grape tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 2 (5.2-ounce) packages of Garlic and Herb Boursin Cheese
  • 1 pound Rotini pasta
  • 1/2 cup reserved pasta water
  • Parmesan Cheese to serve

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Place the tomatoes into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Drizzle tomatoes with the olive oil and sprinkle in the garlic powder, red pepper, basil, and minced garlic. Stir to combine.
  3. Nestle the two rounds of Boursin cheese in the tomatoes in the center of the pan.
  4. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes until the tomatoes have begun to burst.
  5. While the tomatoes are baking, boil the pasta according to the package directions. Drain the pasta and reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water.
  6. When the tomatoes are done remove the pan from the oven and stir in the cooked pasta evenly, adding in the reserved pasta water for creaminess.
  7. Garnish with parmesan cheese and serve immediately!
