Description

Creamy Pimento Cheese is a classic Southern appetizer dip and spread made from cheddar cheese and sweet pimento peppers. It’s a must-have on game day!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese, not pre-grated
  • 6 ounces cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1/3 cup finely diced roasted red peppers, patted dry
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir until combined and creamy. Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow the flavors to combine.
