- 2 tablespoons Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Spray mug with non-stick spray
- Whisk water, oil, pumpkin, sugar, salt, flour, vanilla, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spice together until smooth
- Pour the batter into the mug and microwave for 60-90 seconds or until toothpick comes out clean
- Top with powdered sugar or ice cream and enjoy!
