Description

Spicy Sesame Noodles are a flavor bomb that’s ready to eat in less than 20 minutes! An easy dinner made with tender noodles tossed in a rich, sweet and savory sesame peanut sauce.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup canola oil
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons grated ginger
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 pound spaghetti 
  • 1/2 cup chopped salted peanuts
  • Optional garnish – chopped cilantro

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl whisk together canola oil, sesame oil, soy sauce, vinegar, lime juice, peanut butter, garlic, ginger, honey, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
  2. Boil pasta according to package directions and drain.
  3. Place the pasta in a large bowl and coat with the reserved soy sauce mixture.
  4. Garnish with chopped peanuts and cilantro if desired.

Notes

Can be served warm or cold.

Easy protein additions: ground pork, grilled shrimp, or shredded chicken.

Store airtight in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
