What is Cannoli Cheesecake?

What You'll Need

Make the Crumbs

Pulse graham crackers in a food processor, then combine with melted butter and other crust ingredients.

Par-Bake the Crust

Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan and par-bake the crust for 8-10 minutes.

Prep the Water Bath

Fill a large pan with about a half-inch of water. Place this into the oven to preheat.

Make the Filling

Whisk together eggs, yolks, vanilla, and heavy cream. Then beat the sugar, cream cheese, and sour cream.

Add Chocolate Chips

Gradually add the egg mixture, and lastly, fold in the chocolate chips.

Add to Crust

Transfer the filling to your prepared crust.


Place the cheesecake in a water bath and bake. Then turn the oven off and let it cool down slowly before placing it in the fridge to chill.

Make the Cannoli

Combine the mascarpone and ricotta with powdered sugar and cinnamon.

Add Chocolate Chips

Once smooth, stir in additional mini chocolate chips.


Spread the topping generously over the top of the chilled cheesecake.


Garnish with mini cannoli and whipped cream if desired.
