Chill dough in the fridge, then preheat the oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove dough from fridge, form into balls, roll lightly in powdered sugar, and place on baking sheet.
Bake the cookies at 350ºF for 10 minutes.
