What Is Reese's Pie?

This easy recipe layers rich chocolate fudge and peanut butter mousse inside a graham cracker crust. Then it's chilled before serving. So easy!

Simple Ingredients

Make the Crust

Mix together crushed graham crackers, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.

Bake the Crust

Spread it into the bottom of a springform pan, and bake for 8 minutes.

Make the Fudge

Combine all the fudge ingredients in a saucepan on the stovetop and heat until fully melted.

Spread the Fudge

Spread the fudge mixture evenly into the crust.

Add Reese's Cups

Then press Reese’s Cups right into the fudge.

Make the Mousse

Beat together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.

Add Cool Whip

Then fold the Cool Whip into the mousse mixture.

Spread the Mousse

Spread the mousse over top of the fudge layer, smoothing out the top.

Time to Chill

Drizzle with chocolate and pop the whole pie into the fridge to chill.

Time to Eat
