Description

Fruity Pebble Fudge is made with white chocolate and Fruity Pebbles – a dessert your kids are bound to love! This colorful fudge recipe is super cute, and a sweet addition to your next party or school bake sale!


Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz white chocolate chips
  • 8 oz cream cheese, room temperature
  • 4 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 cups fruity pebbles, divided

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 pan with foil, spray lightly with cooking spray.
  2. In stand mixer beat together cream cheese, powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In a double boiler, melt white chocolate chips.
  4. Pour melted chocolate into cream cheese mixture and mix together until incorporated.
  5. Turn mixer to low and stir in 1 1/2 cups Fruity Pebbles until mixed in evenly.
  6. Press mixture into prepared pan.
  7. Press remaining 1/2 cup Fruity Pebbles onto the top of fudge and press gently so they stick.
  8. Chill fudge for 1 hour until set.
  9. Cut into squares.
