Instant Pot Butter Rice

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 cups beef stock
  • 1 1/4 cups French Onion soup
  • 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
  • 2 cups brown rice

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in your Instant Pot.
  2. Use the manual setting, on high pressure for 22 minutes.
  3. Allow the pressure to naturally release.
  4. Serve warm.

Notes:

Note that cook times can vary based on the type of rice you use and elevation. I used this chart on the Instant Pot site.

garnish with parsley, if desired.
