Description
This Instant Pot Butter Rice is a super easy side dish that’s full of flavor! I made mine in the pressure cooker, but you could easily make this on the stove as well!
Ingredients

- 1 1/4 cups beef stock
- 1 1/4 cups French Onion soup
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter
- 2 cups brown rice
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in your Instant Pot.
- Use the manual setting, on high pressure for 22 minutes.
- Allow the pressure to naturally release.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Note that cook times can vary based on the type of rice you use and elevation. I used this chart on the Instant Pot site.
