Baking Together Is Better Challenge: Cheesecake

I am SO excited today to announce my first ever BAKING TOGETHER IS BETTER CHALLENGE! We’re starting this series with CHEESECAKE because it’s one of my favorite desserts, AND because the thought of making one scared me for a long time. So today we’re all going to put our baking hats on together and get to CHEESECAKING!!

Cheesecake is SUCH a simple dessert to make…but it was always one of those desserts that I got nervous to make because there are a few tricks to baking it. I have made many over the years and have finally nailed down a totally foolproof recipe that is so creamy, so easy and SO delicious! I shared my Perfect Cheesecake Recipe a few days ago and today I am inviting all of YOU to BAKE TOGETHER with me!!!

The Perfect Cheesecake Recipe...creamy, simple and PERFECT!

I have teamed up with my friends over at Imperial Sugar to host this “challenge” over in my Baking & Cooking Group on Facebook. If you’re not a member of the group, I absolutely encourage you to join! It’s a great little group of bakers that love to share their recipes, photos, and tips with each other. I LOVE the positivity and encouraging vibes happening in that group, and I REALLY love seeing what you guys are baking up in your kitchen!

So the very first BAKING TOGETHER IS BETTER CHALLENGE will be all about following along my recipe for Perfect Cheesecake, sharing your pictures of the finished product! If this is your very first time making cheesecake, I am SO excited to hear about the process. OR if you’re already an expert cheesecaker, I’d love for you to follow along with my basic recipe and make it fancy! Add in salted caramel swirl, or some Oreo Cookies.
