Krispie Treat Milkshake

AlltheRest

Mind officially blown.

I can barely even type right now.

Because yes, that’s a Rice Krispie Treat Milkshake rawt thurrr.

Breathe.

I came across this recipe while working at my kiddo’s school book fair.  There was this whole book dedicated to “Copy Cat Desserts” from restaurants.

I mean, if I can make a Cinnabon at home, then I may never have to leave the house again!

So, while plotting my future of sweatpants and Cinnabon Frosting mustaches, I came across a recipe for this milkshake.

Apparently it was once served at Jack in the Box.

Who? What? When?

I haven’t been to a JITB in possibly 12 years, so it made sense how this little nugget of genius might have slipped through my brain cracks.

Anyway, it wasn’t even an option not to make it.

DOYOUKNOWWHOIAM?

So yeah.  It’s simple and perfect.

Krispie Treat Milkshake

Krispie Treat Milkshake | Cookies and CupsAnnnd you use Marshmallow Fluff.

Seriously.
photo IMG_9711_zps8d0ec0d4.jpgLiterally just blend your Fluff, ice cream and milk together.

Then lastly pulse in some Krispie Cereal.
photo IMG_9713_zps92049b88.jpgPour it in your favorite glass and feel like a mad genius-scientist-smart person.

Oh yeah, and top it off with some whipped cream, marshmallows and more krispies.
Because duh.

I’ve never had marshmallow fluff – and I do everything that I can to avoid JIB…so I can see how this escaped me. 🙂
However, this sounds like the perfect STAAR is finally over – GO HAVE FUN and then come home and go into a sugar yummy coma kind of treat 🙂

My kids will love you for this 😉 🙂 <3
