What Are You Baking: Memorial Day Edition

The Cookies and Cups Cookbook Around the Country!

Wow. What a crazy few months it’s been! I have settled back into regular life after the release of my book… The initial rush of excitement has relaxed a bit, which is bittersweet for sure. The anxiety of my book release and the weeks leading up to and following were a blur. And while the suspense of the release date is now safely in the rear view mirror, the butterflies are gone too. BUT my life has resumed to the beautiful chaos that it always has been…which I love.

AND what I love most is while I am happily back to my day to day, you precious friends are still STILL as excited for me as the day The Cookies and Cups Cookbook was released!

Have I told you how much I adore you?

  1. FINALLY got your book! It was never a decision, just now got around to it. I’ve only had time to flip through the book (I know I will want to read it like a book cause, Shelly’s writing style, duh) but, Chicken & Waffle Tenders….GENIUS! Can’t wait to try your new recipes as I’ve not been disappointed yet! Congrats!

  2. I made the Salted Caramel Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars and brought them in to work last night. I bake a lot and get many compliments, but the feedback I got on these was over-the-top. So So Good! Love the cookbook! Thank you.

  3. I made the Salted Caramel,Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars on Sunday and I’m totally going to blame you for any weight I gain this week. They are SO good! I mark recipes with post-it flags and almost the whole book is flagged…I’m working my way through them all. Thanks for such a great book!

  4. Hi Shelly 🙂 I have several of your recipes on my list for this weekend because my daughter and her boyfriend & fur kid are coming home and we need SNACKS!
