Tips and Tricks for Success
- Use raw macadamias: Roasted nuts may burn or turn bitter in the oven.

- Watch closely while baking: Sugar can go from golden to burnt quickly!
- For extra crunch: Let them cool completely before breaking apart – the glaze needs time to set.

Made these last night with almonds, because that’s all I had. YUM!!! And soooo easy!! Can’t wait to try them with macadamias. 🙂

Love your comedy!! And always look forward to getting a new recipe from you. I think this is one I’ll have to try for sure. I don’t have macadamia nuts on hand but I do have some mixed nuts in my freezer. Hmmmmm
Oh that would be delicious!!
16 pieces of almonds for a snack? Crazy. I tend to eat the whole bag, especially on movie nights. I love your celebrity math, though, except I’ll go for two cups of these macadamias. Maybe even three.
I laughed out loud at skinny celebs eating just 16 almonds for their snack because I always think, well, I should be skinny, I eat almonds too for my snack….oh…but I eat 116 almonds, like the whole bag. Oh well. You will some you loose some. Anyhow macadamia nuts are my absolute favorite nut, I am a nutcase for them!!! They are like nothing else on earth, but toffee glazed? Holy cow, you just made my day.
oh that’s must try recipe! I love macadamias!
These look amazing! I love macadamia nuts as a snack alone, but you’ve taken it to a whole new level adding sugar to them!!
