This 2 Ingredient Strawberry Fudge has consistently been one of the most popular recipes on my site! It’s sweet, creamy and SUPER simple to make. This homemade fudge recipe, made from strawberry frosting and white chocolate, is the best Valentine’s Day dessert!

The Perfect Valentine’s Day Dessert

So Valentines Day is coming up. We aren’t big Valentines people in our house…not that I don’t WANT Valentine’s stuff, I mean… But we have kids and in this season of our life, our Valentine’s activities generally  revolve  around school parties and sweet treats for them…Plus, we have a kiddo who was born on Valentine’s Day!

Of course, I am fine with it…soon enough our little ones will be all grown up, so I make sure to enjoy every moment while they’re small. There will be time enough for fancy dinners someday!

A Super Easy Strawberry Fudge Recipe

And today we’re making a Valentine’s fudge recipe that the kids can absolutely get involved in making! Only 2 ingredients needed it’s a super simple process! Strawberry Fudge!

How to Make 2 Ingredient Strawberry Fudge:

All you do is get yourself a can of Strawberry Frosting and a bag of white chocolate chips.

Melt the chips and stir in the frosting.

Spread it into a lightly greased or lined pan…

Make some pretty designs if you’re feeling fancy.

Now, if you want to get crazy, sprinkles some cute little hearts on top.  I think M&Ms would be good on top too…you know, chocolate and strawberries I hear is pretty romantic.

Pop it in the fridge for a bit and then cut it into squares.

Or hearts.

Or broken hearts if you’re feeling dramatic.

* Tip ~ use a cookie cutter for easier shape making.

Isn’t it pretty?

  1. Thanks for posting! I had to try right away and made one with chocolate chunks and chocolate fudge frosting, one with white choc chips and vanilla mixed with crushed Oreos… So good! I blogged about my experience and tracked back to you. Thanks again!

  2. Made this today and it turned out so good. I put choc glaze and swirl pattern on top. Turned out really good. Thanks

Valentines Day is my anniversary and my husband loves strawberry anything:) This will be great to make for our special day as well as for our church project we began a few years back. We make homemade candy to sell for our fundraiser. We put 24 pieces in a box and it has gone over great in the past. Who wouldn’t like to get a box of homemade candy for a Valentines gift? Thanks for making up with the Universe! This is a great, easy project I can make with my grandkids too!

  4. This looks so great! I’m going to try to mail it to my husband (in another state for V-day) and will let you know how it holds up 🙂

    1. Well, for this recipe you use the canned frosting, that’s what makes it so easy, but if you were wanting to make a homemade strawberry frosting instead I don’t currently have a recipe for a strawberry frosting that would work in this on my site yet. I have a strawberry swiss meringue buttercream, but I wouldn’t recommend that for this. Sorry.

  5. I AM SO DESPERATE!! I tried this recipe two times, and each time, there’s something wrong! Is it possible that I mix the chocolate chips and the frosting too long before stopping? When I put the frosting in the chocolate chips, it looks a little bit whipped. But than I continue mixing and it gets all weird. It looks greasy. And when I take it out of the fridg, it looksl ikes a sweaty cheese. Need help. Please! 🙁

    1. That is honestly the oddest thing I have ever heard! Are you using the exact ingredients that I used? The correct measurements?
Also, just stir the chocolate chips and the frosting together with a spoon until smooth and combined, there is no reason to over stir.

      1. I’m going to try this recipe shortly. I am no expert, but am wondering if perhaps the original poster bought the *whipped* strawberry frosting. I know when I was buying mine I noticed that one brand had whipped strawberry frosting. I would imagine that would make a difference in the outcome of the fudge. Just a thought. 🙂

  6. This looks yummy. I have one allergic to chocolate so I am going to try this for her. BTW… I feel your pain, our baby (who will be 8 this year) is also a Valentine’s baby. Kids come first so out the door goes romance… We have spent 5 of the last 7 years at Chuck E Cheese!
