The Perfect Valentine’s Day Dessert
So Valentines Day is coming up. We aren’t big Valentines people in our house…not that I don’t WANT Valentine’s stuff, I mean… But we have kids and in this season of our life, our Valentine’s activities generally revolve around school parties and sweet treats for them…Plus, we have a kiddo who was born on Valentine’s Day!
Of course, I am fine with it…soon enough our little ones will be all grown up, so I make sure to enjoy every moment while they’re small. There will be time enough for fancy dinners someday!
A Super Easy Strawberry Fudge Recipe
And today we’re making a Valentine’s fudge recipe that the kids can absolutely get involved in making! Only 2 ingredients needed it’s a super simple process! Strawberry Fudge!
How to Make 2 Ingredient Strawberry Fudge:
All you do is get yourself a can of Strawberry Frosting and a bag of white chocolate chips.
Melt the chips and stir in the frosting.
Spread it into a lightly greased or lined pan…
Make some pretty designs if you’re feeling fancy.
Now, if you want to get crazy, sprinkles some cute little hearts on top. I think M&Ms would be good on top too…you know, chocolate and strawberries I hear is pretty romantic.
Pop it in the fridge for a bit and then cut it into squares.
Or hearts.
Or broken hearts if you’re feeling dramatic.
* Tip ~ use a cookie cutter for easier shape making.
Isn’t it pretty?

These are SO PRETTY!!!! How did you do the pretty design?
Just with a toothpick!
Oh my goodness, gorgeous and delicious! I love this combination. I featured this on my CraftBliss blog and linked back to you. ~Dee
At just 2 ingredients, I can’t afford to not try these. They look awesome!
Hi! I found this on Pinterest and I made it. However I made it with chocolate frosting and Reese’s PB chips (YUMMY). I found that the fudge was a little too soft for my personal liking and the flavor was a tad bold. I would suggest that if anyone uses that combo to add some white chocolate chips to help it harden and for some sexy fun, add macadamia nuts! Thanks for this idea and it tastes soooo good!!!
please tell me how u made that design on top of the fudge. I don’t know how to do that.. and I wanna try it today! bonnieangel1797@gmail.com
I jusyy dragged a toothpick across the top. That’s all!!
Yay! A fudge recipe I can actually handle! I am so making this…all for myself!
THANK YOU so very very much for such an EASY, PRETTY and YUMMY Valentine’s idea. I just made them today and they only took 3 minutes to whip up!!!
HEY!!!!!!!!!!!! KIDS DON’T RUIN EVERYTHING! AT LEAST WE’RE NOT AS BORING! And yeah, I HATE McDonald’s. Ugh. Those types of kids give us a bad reputation.
Sounds super easy & I bet you could do this with other flavors of frosting as well like Lemon – that would be good too!
