The Perfect Valentine’s Day Dessert
So Valentines Day is coming up. We aren’t big Valentines people in our house…not that I don’t WANT Valentine’s stuff, I mean… But we have kids and in this season of our life, our Valentine’s activities generally revolve around school parties and sweet treats for them…Plus, we have a kiddo who was born on Valentine’s Day!
Of course, I am fine with it…soon enough our little ones will be all grown up, so I make sure to enjoy every moment while they’re small. There will be time enough for fancy dinners someday!
A Super Easy Strawberry Fudge Recipe
And today we’re making a Valentine’s fudge recipe that the kids can absolutely get involved in making! Only 2 ingredients needed it’s a super simple process! Strawberry Fudge!

How to Make 2 Ingredient Strawberry Fudge:
All you do is get yourself a can of Strawberry Frosting and a bag of white chocolate chips.

Melt the chips and stir in the frosting.

Spread it into a lightly greased or lined pan…
Make some pretty designs if you’re feeling fancy.

Now, if you want to get crazy, sprinkles some cute little hearts on top. I think M&Ms would be good on top too…you know, chocolate and strawberries I hear is pretty romantic.

Pop it in the fridge for a bit and then cut it into squares.
Or hearts.
Or broken hearts if you’re feeling dramatic.

* Tip ~ use a cookie cutter for easier shape making.
Isn’t it pretty?

Romance..whats romance???? Such pretty fudge
My son is also a V-Day baby – except he will be 14 this year so the baby thing may not apply. I highly recommend Chuckie Cheese on V-Day. It is always deserted. I mean who goes to Chuckie Cheese on Valentines!
Such a great idea and it looks beautiful!!
So Cute !!!
Hihihi I really enjoyed reading your post :O)
Great fudge + You’re so right: “Valentines is now, “all about the children”…much like EVERY OTHER DAY OF MY LIFE!”
HI Im not familiar with a ‘can of strawberry frosting’… is it the same as the strawberry frosting you would ice a cake with? Sorry – Australia may not have this product so as Id LOVE to make this Im trying to think of a solution… 🙂
Ahh, yes, I’m sorry. They sell frosting in little tubs that are usually found in the same place as the cake mixes 🙂
Yeah in Australia its usually Betty Crocker instead of Duncan Hines however I think I’ve only seen white chocolate and brown chocolate. I might have to add some strawberry essence (if that exists?) and some pink food colouring
Sooo cute!
This be why I lurve you!
So pretty and so easy! Love it!
It’s official, you’re a genius.
I Cant Wait To Try This!! Although We Dont Have Can’s Of Frosting Here, Can I Make My Own To Add? My Birthday Is Valentines Day And My Parents Never Celebrated It When I Was Younger Either Which Is Kind Of Sad!! My Partner Thinks Its Amazing Though Cos He Gets Presents On My Birthday!! Although Last Year He Brought Me One On His Just To Make It Fair 😛
Yes, I imagine that you could sub in homemade frosting, as long as it was a buttercream based frosting. A whipped cream based wouldn’t work so well!
