I let my kiddo crush up the Ritz crackers…
Also, he would like me to point out that he was wearing a wizard costume…just in case you were wondering about his hooded vest. Moving on…
Ingredients:
- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers, 60 crackers total
- 1 1/2 cups toffee bits
- 1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 1/2 cups frosting
Once you have the Ritz crushed mix them with a bag of toffee bits and pour into a greased baking pan…
Then pour a can of sweetened condensed milk on top…
You can do this right in the pan, or in a separate bowl.
Stir it all together and press evenly into the pan.
Bake it for 15-20 minutes.
Let it cool completely and then trash it up a little more with frosting.
You can eat it right away or even let it sit overnight. It’s great the next day!

DUDE! I was going to make these last week but didn’t have any toffee bits!
I had never even HEARD of these bars until just recently! I had no idea they were such a thing!
Oh honey boo boo…… 😉
Ok, so I totally get it. In the South, for Christmas parties, people dip Ritz in chocolate (sometimes a blob of pb on the Ritz then the chocolate) and call it made, so this makes total sense. And the salty sweet thing is totally to die for. Easy peasy 🙂
Oh my god, I just died. Seriously…love love this!!
Oh my gosh these look delicious!
It’s all in the name! Love these. Who would have thought Ritz crackers?

I love the name you gave these bars!!! I’ve been making these for years! Never had a name for ’em though… They are really great. When I first saw the ingredients I couldn’t believe it, so simple, but tastes nothing like you’d think! Glad to see I’m not the only one with this easy recipe up my sleeve 😉
Awesome! When I first had them at my friend’s house I couldn’t believe what they were! Mine came out a little more dense than hers, though, but just as yummy!
I love the name and I love ritz crackers! These sound awesome!
