Hi Shelly, i love your blog and your recipes, but find it terribly frustrating when you use products like “bisquick”, which I assume is a packet mix and I have no means of obtaining it. I live in Spain and although most of your followers are American, there are lots of us out there that aren’t! Please give us an alternative as I would love to be able to bake all your recipes.

  2. I tried to post this on facebook, by copying the URL. It said privacy settings on this page would not allow it. Sadly, then I used your facebook share option, which did not show a picture. A picture would have brought more traffic to your blog. However, we will be trying these. I just would have liked to share with more people. Most don’t click without a picture.

I made this last night and it was delish! Actually I was too lazy to make individual biscuits, so I just rolled it out into a rectangle and piled the apples in the middle, pulling the edges up to the middle. It was great for breakfast this morning too (that counts right? biscuits + fruit = breakfast!).

Caramel and apple is a great thing to be obsessed with! These are the cutest little hand pies and of course they look awesome with all that glaze on top! Yum!
