No Bake Cookies are easy and quick no bake dessert! My Peanut Butter Cup No Bake Cookies recipe includes oats, granola, peanut butter. peanut butter CUPS, and cocoa powder! A true chocolate and peanut butter lovers dream!

No Bake Cookies For Peanut Butter Cup Lovers!
No bake cookies are such a great recipe for beginner bakers, or when you don’t want to turn on the oven. These are the perfect sweet treat, especially for those who love the combination of chocolate and peanut butter! I even added a little granola into my recipe for some added crunch. These no bake cookies are full of texture and flavor. Perfect for gifting, or simply making on a weekday for an easy treat!
What To Expect:
- These little clusters are outstanding. The idea is based on a classic “no-bake cookie”. But I put my own twist on it adding in more flavors and texture!
- EASE! This is a one pot recipe that is adaptable. You very simply melt butter, sugar, cocoa powder and cream together. Let that boil for just a minute to make sure all the sugar is dissolved. Then stir in some peanut butter and your extra yummies.
- TEXTURE! I added granola into my recipe as well as oats. I like using a mild flavored honey granola with no raisins or nuts to pair well with the peanut butter and chocolate.
Ingredients:
- Granulated sugar
- Light brown sugar
- Unsweetened cocoa powder
- Butter
- Heavy cream
- Peanut butter
- Granola. I used Honey Granola with no raisins, but you can really use any type you would like.
- Quick Cooking Oatmeal
- Mini Peanut Butter Cups. I get mine at Trader Joe’s, but the Reese’s brand will work!

How To Make Peanut Butter Cup No Bake Cookies:
- Line counter with parchment paper.
- In a large saucepan combine sugars, cocoa powder, butter and cream. Heat over medium until mixture comes to a boil and then boil for one minute. Remove from heat.
- Stir in peanut butter, oats and granola until combined. Let it sit for about 2 minutes.
- Mix in the peanut butter cups.
- Drop by heaping tablespoon onto parchment paper and press down, if desired. Let harden, approximately 30 minutes before eating.
Mini Peanut Butter Cups…
I got my mini peanut butter cups at Trader Joe’s, but you can use any mini cups you want! OR if you can’t find the minis, just chop up some larger sized ones. If you do chop up the larger, I do suggest freezing them before you mix them into the warm chocolate mixture, as they will melt quicker than the minis. You will get a little melting either way, which is totally fine!

No Bake Peanut Butter Cup Cookies Can Be Adapted:
- Add in some peanuts for even more crunch and texture.
- Leave out the granola if you don’t have any on hand. Add in an extra cup of oats in its place.
- Add a different type of candy bar like Snickers!

I just can’t even imagine 8 days without power. Eat every single one of those cookies right this minute to cheer yourself up. I insist.
I hope you have power soon! I’m glad no injuries, though.
I’ve resigned myself to no posting until my power comes back on, so major kudos to you! (Though gas must be easier to come by in your area!) Love that you made these without power. I took over my friend’s kitchen. Poor thing has to eat fresh cookies now.
You my dear are one clever lady. Thanks for thinking of us, they of course look delish. We’re all thinking and praying for you all. My Mom just made it to Jersey yesterday working with FEMA. Hopefully you’ll have all the help you all need soon! Best wishes!
you are the most dedicated blogger ever! The shot of the kettle on the grill is priceless and that you’re blogging from coffee shops and parking lots – Shelly! I am glad you’re safe and I hope your power comes on soon!
And these look amazing – even more so considering it was like little house on the prairie making them!
My fingers, arms, legs, toes, and eyes are all crossed for you! You’re a genius though, using the BBQ for these super amazing cookies!
Okay, so, you’re amazing. I really respect your dedication. 😀
Two questions:
1. About how much cream is a half cup? Would a half-pint be enough?
2. Where do you find your granola, and what brand do you use? The only granola I can seem to find is Honey Bunches of Oats Just Bunches, and I think that may be too chunky for this recipe.
I love peanut butter cups, granola, and no-bake cookies, so I can’t wait to try these!
I’m so glad you’re making the best of a bad situation to get us these cookies! They are unreal. As are you for having so much damn determination!
I hope your power comes on soon!! Love your no-bake cookies! I just happened to post some today too, of the double caffeine variety! Anyways, hang in there, keep cooking on your grill!
