I made these 2 Ingredient Jello Yogurt Bites. In basically 5 minutes.  I promise you. I even made this little video to show you how I did it! I used Strawberry Jello in the video, but you can use any flavor you like!

They are the funnest.

A while back I got this amazing box full of yogurt.  Since then I have had so much fun playing with yogurt in recipes…

Chobani yogurts stacked on top of each other

And honestly since yogurt is one of our favorite snacks here, I thought making something yogurt-ish that we could grab and eat with our hands would be extra fun.

We’re all about hand-eating over here.

Enter these 2 Ingredient Jello Yogurt Bites. I made mine “Creamsicle” flavored using vanilla yogurt and orange jello! They’re so simple, and totally yummy.  Plus you could mix and match the flavors to make everyone happy…AND they’re loaded with protein from the yogurt and fat free!

I mean, that is unless you top them with whipped cream, which I did.  And also a piece of candy….guilty again.

How to Make Yogurt Bites

Jello and yogurt

Grab some yogurt and a pack of Jello.

Sugar being added to a mixing bowl
A bowl filled with orange jello yogurt mixture

Mix 1 1/2 cups of vanilla yogurt with one pack of Jello.
Stir that together and then microwave it for 2 minutes, stirring after each minute…you want to dissolve the sugar.
Then scoop the mixture into cupcake liners…
You could also use mini cupcake liners for bite-sized treats!

Chill that for at least an hour and then you’re done.
Honestly, that’s it.

If you are feeling fancy top with a little whipped cream or Cool Whip.
And of course candy…

  1. I made these tonight and used Chobani Vanilla Yogurt and Sugar free Orange jello and mine came out really grainy. Any suggestions? I would love to make them again and fix my mistake.

Christina I had the same problem. I noticed the consistency was smooth with only one minute of cooking. I think that’s how I’ll do it next time. I’m guessing since it’s sugar free jello, it really only needs to be cooked long enough to blend.

      1. I’m wondering why it has to cooked at all, esp if using sugar free jello. I’ve seen many recipes using yogurts and jello, and they never include any cooking.

  2. Just made these in orange and raspberry and they are positively my new favorite thing. They came great! It’s was a perfect treat to make on this blizzard-y day in PA 🙂

    1. NO, I’m afraid it probably won’t. The consistency of Greek is thicker, as it’s strained. Your bites probably wouldn’t set up as firm. SOrry 🙁

I love the way this looks, I’m making it today 😀 But here’s the thing, is ziplist crashing or is it just me?
Btw, I LOVE your blog, I’ve made a bunch of recipes already, and they ALL turn out great!!

  4. I didn’t have any of the flavours you specified so I improvised and used raspberry jello with half raspberry and half blueberry greek yogurt…delish! So simple my 18 month and 3 year old could help!

  5. I’m sorry to report that my creamsicle came out like a thick goopy mess! Did not set, And now I’m out $5 bucks worth of yogurt and gelatin. Placed in the freezer this morning, with hopes to salvage products, and possibly us ( when it freezes) in a smoothie. I’m not happy:(

  6. Do you have to use greek yogurt or will regular yogurt work. I am thinking it would work the gelatin should firm it up? Thanks!

  7. Just made for a dinner party tonight… everyone enjoyed and couldn’t believe how easy it was to make. Thank you!
