I am ALWAYS looking for easy meals…like all the time. I really don’t do complicated at dinnertime. I mean after a whole day of doing stuff, last thing I need is to get all up in the kitchen and do more stuff.
The past few weeks I have been in my kitchen constantly baking for my book…so when it comes to dinner, I am looking for quick and yummy!
Having a nice arsenal of easy meals that I can make in 30 minutes or less is a MUST for me. Because I can certainly get lazy in my meal planning…it happens folks.

I’ve got a kid who won’t eat a noodle to save his soul, another one who won’t eat any kind of sauce other than ketchup and a husband who has banned Mexican food from our house for the foreseeable future. You have no idea how much I need this list…. I’m studying it tonight!
