Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Brownies

These easy Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Brownies have been made into adorable Halloween treats with a peanut butter cup spider on top!

Yes, Halloween Week continues!!  So far Kristan and I have made Oreo Spider Cupcakes, Cauldron Cupcakes, Vampire Bat Cake & Ghost Cupcake Cones.


Today is actually the final day of original treats, but get ready for a fun round up post on Friday and a link party where you guys can link up all your favorite Halloween treat ideas!!


Anyhow, back to me.

And these brownies.


They’re my favorite fudgy brownie with peanut butter cookie dough (egg-free of course) smeared all over the top.

Can it get any better?


Ok, yes, it can, actually.

You can cute-it-up and make a quick little spider from peanut butter cups and put that on top.

Delicious & Halloweeny.

I know.

Peanut Butter Cookie Dough BrowniesAgain, I made my favorite fudgy brownies, but feel free to use whatever recipe you like best, or just use a mix…whatever.

Peanut Butter Cookie Dough BrowniesWhen they are baked and cooled make your egg free peanut butter cookie dough.

Spread that all over the brownies.

I grabbed 2 different sizes of peanut butter cups, the miniature and itty bitty ones.

On the smallest ones I piped on eyes with black frosting.  You could also use the black gel, or even black candy melts.

I placed them on the brownies , you can do it when they are cut or still in the pan.Peanut Butter Cookie Dough BrowniesI used Chocolate Twizzlers for the legs…I just cut them skinny… you could also use pretzels or black licorice.

Peanut Butter Cookie Dough Brownies
makes 24 brownies
  • Your favorite Brownie recipe baked in a 9x13 pan.
Peanut Butter Cookie Dough
  • ½ cup butter, room temperature
  • 1 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp of flour
  1. Bake brownies and allow to cool completely.
  2. Beat butter and brown sugar in mixer until smooth. Mix in peanut butter and then flour until all ingredients are incorporated.
  3. Spread on brownies.
  4. Chill for at least ½ hour and then cut into squares.

Oh they look so good! I did a guest post on another site about 6 mos ago and made brownies that look similar to these but I called it peanut butter-buttercream. I am in love with your concept of spreadable PB cookie dough! SO thick and rich! I love all things PB 🙂
